Watchmoor Park is a fully managed business park in Camberley owned by Frasers Property group. The site recently underwent a major modernisation of its flexible office spaces.
Ahmarra Installations were selected by main contractor Tolent Homes to complete a joinery fit-out for the park, installing 65 primed doorsets, wall panelling, timber ceilings beams, toilet cubicles, basin troughs and wall hung mirrors. Ahmarra also worked closely with Lyons + Sleeman + Hoare Architects to achieve their transformative concept of using light, space and contemporary design throughout this space.
The client selected a black ash finish for the FD30 fire doors, which included office, circulation and riser doors and frames. Striking and dynamic black ash wall panelling with inlaid segments of mirror was installed in the ground floor reception area.
The team installed ply laminated wall and ceiling beams with built-in LED’s within the communal areas at Watchmoor Park, which create an atmospheric and impactful lighting effect.
Purpose-made Corian wash basin troughs with mirrors fitted above were installed in the bathrooms, as well as bespoke toilet cubicles with access panels.
