Ahmarra Installations have been working with Ellmer Construction as part of their ongoing project fitting out Shiva Hotels’ The Botree, on Marylebone Lane in London. The 199-bedroom, five-star hotel will have 29 suites, bars, two restaurants, a live music club, a boutique screening room and fitness centre.
Guestrooms were designed by Amsterdam-based designer Concrete, with colourful natural fabrics and eclectic textures created exclusively for the hotel. Rooms have a reception space separated by sliding panels leading to bedrooms and lounge areas. Ahmarra Installations supplied and installed Oak guest room entrance doors and sliding pocket door assemblies, as well as all timber doorsets – complete with all ironmongery – to public and back of house areas. We also supplied and installed gold anodised aluminium fluted glass and fabric covered panelled screens, Oak Riva panelling for the bedrooms and gold laminate panelling for the bathroom area.
This stylish hotel is due to open in July 2023.
