Ahmarra completes joinery fit out for luxury Chelsea housing development
Ahmarra’s contract for Limerston Street, a luxury property development in Chelsea, London was worth over £175,000. Working closely with the property developer, Eastleaf, the fit-out contract consisted of supplying and fitting numerous elements including internal and external doorsets, skirting, frames and staircase handrails.
Particular attention was given to the internal and external finishes with the highest standard of fittings being used throughout. Ahmarra Door Solutions range of high performance timber doors were selected in American white oak veneer and in two different finishes, dark stain and grey stain, to complement the décor.
The multi-million pound development by Eastleaf Limited, a joint venture between Khattar Holdings Private Limited and Blazefield Tovey Limited, included the demolition of a dated three storey post-war building and the construction of two four bed houses and six one-, two- and three-bed apartments.
The houses incorporate two sub-basement media rooms and entertainment spaces with shower rooms and bar areas, lower ground kitchen and dining areas, ground floor receptions with double height atria to the rear, patio gardens and four bedrooms including a first floor master suite.
Ahmarra are currently working on a number of prestigious London projects including the Mondrian Hotel, which is part of the Sea Containers House redevelopment on the South Bank, and the Grade 2 listed Royal College of General Practitioners in Euston.
